How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Khanopening Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Khanopening Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers that repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. But Khanopening Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Connecticut.

How to File

Email contact@khanopening.garden. Include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you want us to do about it

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
